1) What does your packaging look like?
At Neuroseeds we go out of our way to ensure that shipping is as safe as physically possible so your products will be delivered intact.
2) Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and information on the follow-up of our Courier service as soon as the products have been sent. This follow-up will contain tracking details visible on-line. Tracking your order is quick and easy, simply enter your order number at https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/
3) Do you ship to my country?
Although Neuroseeds are proud to offer a worldwide shipping service, certain countries are excluded due to specific laws. We are unable to ship to anywhere within: Georgia, Belarus. If you are in any doubt please contact us via Email or Phone, and we will be able to identify whether your country is eligible.
4) What are the delivery costs?
All delivery costs are worked out during the order process. The cost of delivery is dependent on order value and the country that your order is being shipped to.
5) How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
All shipping times vary dependent on the final destination of your package. An estimated delivery time is worked out during the ordering process, and will give a rough estimate of final delivery dependent on shipping region. A unique tracking code will be processed after your order is shipped which will allow the delivery to be tracked.
6) Can I exchange my products?
All products are not refundable.
7) What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
There are rare occasions in which your shipment becomes damaged during transit. If any part of your order is delivered in an unsatisfactory condition then please contact us within a week of receiving your order. We will need a written description of any damage your package has sustained, accompanied with a photo of any damage. We shall then contact you to rectify this issue. Please take note, any returns and damaged order returns need to be approved by the Neuroseeds team. Any orders returned without prior consent will not be rectified.
9) My parcel didn't turn up at its estimated date
If your parcel has failed to arrive on the specified date then please contact the delivery service. Please make sure to check your delivery confirmation email to see if there are any potential delays which could be affecting the delivery of your parcel. Please remember: Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days. If your package is missing or damaged then please see the other FAQ’s on our site.
10) Can I ship to a P.O box?
In order to maintain privacy and keep our deliveries discreet we only deliver to personal addresses.
11) How long does it take to get my order?
Neuroseeds team attempts to make all shipments within 24 hours of completing the purchase. We pack and dispatch our orders from Monday to Friday, except national holidays. We will keep you informed via email while your order is processed. If you suggest something unexpected, we will contact you to rectify any problem.
12) What happens if I miss the delivery?
The postal services will attempt to deliver your parcel several times. In some circumstances they will deliver it to a local parcel distribution facility. If you fail to collect the parcel within their specified time limit your parcel will be sent back to our warehouses. We shall contact you in regards to your order once in the circumstance that your parcel is returned to our warehouse.
13) Can customs check my parcel?
Whilst we go try to ensure that our shipping stays discreet as possible, there is always the chance that Customs will check your order, regardless of shipping option. Although Neuroseeds are able to ship to your country we are not able to give any information of the legal status of any of our products in that country. Please research your local laws and regulations before making a purchase, as Neuroseeds cannot be held responsible for the retention of any orders by your national customs teams.
